Spend some time reviewing Ilana Muhlstein's current social content: Instagram @ilanamuhlsteinrd (primary), plus TikTok and YouTube. Then: what are the 3–5 content territories you think Ilana should OWN over the next 12 months? We already have our own thinking on this. We intentionally aren't giving it to you — we want your independent perspective first.

Tell us what you would stop doing

After reviewing Ilana's account: what would you do less of — or stop doing completely? And why? You will not offend us. We are hiring you because we want a fresh creative perspective.

Critique us

What feels predictable, dated, overly educational, visually weak, too polished, not polished enough, repetitive, or underdeveloped? Most importantly: what would YOU change? Be candid. Seriously.
